There are many awards and scholarships given out at our annual Recognition Night.  This year's Recognition Night will be held September 24th in the Expo Building on the Gem County Fairgrounds. 

Check out below for application forms.  Please note each form's due date is September 6th, with the exception of the college scholarships.

County Medal Nomination Form (youth award)
Idaho 4-H Key Award (youth award), link on Idaho 4-H website
Overall Sportsmanship (youth award; leaders can nominate one youth per month)
